Nearly 20 Years of GPRLA

Since its foundation in 2006 the GPRLA has built up the services on offer to both landlords and tenants.  We now have over 320 members representing 2,400+ units of accommodation.

The aim of the GPRLA is to represent, develop the interests and improve the standing of private residential landlords in Guernsey. Another aim is for the GPRLA to promote the establishment and maintenance of good standards of practice by the landlords. We expect this of all who join our membership, as stated in our Constitution.

"The GPRLA is a tour de force in ensuring best practice without restrictive legislation."
